RCDD-G Natural Cooling Belt Type Strong Electromagnetic eparator
With the development of our national economy, the requirement for impurity removal is raised continuously in all trades, and higher material grade of product is needed. Therefore our engineers have developed super-strong separator series G1, G2 and G3 which have exceeded the national standard to meet the strict iron-removing demand applied in some special applications. Ranged from interior magnet, they are divided into 2 types: electromagnet and permanent magnet.
We know that attraction force has relationship with magnetic intensity and magnetic gradient. That is F=H× Super-strong separator series G1, G2 and G3 have advantages of strong magnetic intensity, high gradient, deep penetration, strong attraction force, etc.,
At the set height, their magnetic intensity is 1.6, 2.4 and 3.2 times as strong as that of national standard products. That is 900GS, 1200GS and 1500GS respectively with attraction force 2.3, 4.4 and 7.6 times as big as that of the national standard products. They are superior in removing huge or tiny iron pieces, especially suitable for refined coal, port & dock, or before high speed grinding and fan grinding at electricity plants, or in other places where have strict demands of iron-removing.
