RCYG Pipeline type permanent magnet separator
Technique Features
1. Overall dimension are small-size, with about 70% length and 86% height of series RCYD.
2. Low noise and can attract and remove iron continuously.
3. Light weight. Average weight is usually less than 75% of that of series RCYD.
4. Economic products for the compact structure; fewer components; abandoned flat roll; easy to be hoisted and repaired.
Applicable Range
This series is suitable for thin materials and low iron content situation. Among which B≤650mm is for attracting 0.1 to 10kg material, and B＞650mm is for 0.1 to 15 kg. The products are widely applied in environment protection, wood, food,
casting , chemical industry, building material, mining, light industry and so on.

Note: if the space for installation is too small, we can provide decelerating motor driven by bevel worm gear to ensure the total height of the separator is less than 560 mm (large type strong magnetic series expected).
