Brief
Series YCP is mainly used for recovering iron-containing materials from magnetic iron tailing, removing iron from
ceramic slurry and separting iron oxide intergrown ore. The machine is directly installed on the tailing launder as the
rough separation equipment, which can reduce the iron content in tailing by 6~8 percentage points. After the
following ore grinding and the separating by low magnetic field, the ore concentrate condition can up to 65% or
more
This series has well-distributed magnetic induction among the disk, which is helpful to catch and hold the slurry that
features large flow, high speed, low concentration and low grading. This series has the property of energy &
electricity economized, simple structure, reliable running and convenient in operation and maintenance.
Working Principle
After the disk that feeds the slurry is rotated by the motor, the iron magnetic material in the slurry will be immediately
attracted onto the two side of the disk. With the rotating of the disk, the magnetic material will be flushed into the
discharging trough and then the ore concentrate trough, and then step into the next working procedure, so repeatly
to form the whole operation procedure.
