ln-Roll EMS
EMS for slab caster is specially called In-roll EMS because two or one pairs of rollers will be replaced by coils. EMS casing is made of speical alloy stell so that it could bear high temperature, high tension and heavy duty.

A full set of EMS sytem includes three parts: stirrer(coils), electrical control system (Frequency converter, PLC, PD), and cooling water system.

Quality problems, such as Equiaxed zone, segregation, cracks, porosity, can be greatly resolved after EMS put into use.
